Logistics center for the pharmaceutical industry

The infrastructure: The building of the set of pharmaceutical wholesalers includes a two-storey office part with accompanying infrastructure, including the necessary utilities, connections and communication system - roads, parking, sidewalks, greenery, fencing, landscaping elements. Moreover, in the framework of investment we have created/used:

• 19 loading docks,
• 5500 pallet places,
• high storage of goods,
• mezzanine with an area of 1,100 m²,
• environmentally friendly technologies,
• modern systems of thermoregulation and ventilation.

The complex of 5 halls in steel structure. All constructed on embankment construction made with high ground water level.

The infrastructure: sett’s surface , transformer stadion, water and sewage drain system, fire water pumping station with a water tank of 1,000 m³, evaporate and drainage tank for rainwater.
